We are now accepting pre-orders for Spring 2025 shipping.  Additional inventory will posted in late fall after the tuber harvest.

Minimum order $25. Tubers ship in April and May, in the order received.  We will email you when your order ships. Shipping to the Continental US and Hawaii.
